Choosing the best observation channel parameters for measuring quantitative characteristics of objects in MCDM-problems and uncertainty conditions

The solution of most MCDM-problems involves measuring the characteristics a research object, converting estimations into confidence distribution specified on set qualitative gradations and aggregating in accordance with structure criteria system. quality problems as whole directly depends object. Data for obtaining are often inaccurate, incomplete, approximate. Modern researches either fragmentarily touch questions measurement quality, or focus other questions. Our goal is to choose such parameters value quantitative characteristic object distribution, which provide best quality. Based observation channel (OC) concept proposed by G. Klir, we refined criteria, determined composition OC parameters, developed an algorithm calculating choosing common MCDM-problems. As calculations have shown, MCDM-problems, OC, built basis bell-shaped membership function has scale seven blocks. obtained result will allow researchers justify choice from view-point maximum uncertainty conditions.
